You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training…
Working predominantly from home the successful applicant will:
Effectively support the People Directorate and drive the best outcomes and value for money for our communities and residents.
Play a key role in the delivery of projects as part of the council’s Safety Valve Programme.
Hold responsibility for significant high value contracts, undertake commissioning reviews and change management.
Provide advice, support and review papers including clear options appraisals to senior managers and Assistant Directors throughout the council.
Form strong relationships and working partnerships in relation to commissioning and strategic development of service areas.
Interview date
Interviews will be held on 23rd October 2024. The interview will involve a presentation relevant to your current role and personal achievements.
Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment. Additionally, this approach allows the recruiting manager and the team to establish connections with potential team members.
