• Delivering high-quality off the street accommodation for individuals rough sleeping across Mendip.
• Providing clients with advice, information, and an enabling service to support their journey towards independence.
• Signposting clients to access appropriate services and resources.
• Conducting holistic assessments for clients and developing support plans that align with their individual goals.

What We Are Looking For - The ideal candidate will have:

• An understanding of the causes of homelessness and social exclusion.
• 6 months experience working with complex and/or challenging individuals.
• A valid UK driving license and access to their own vehicle (business insurance required for roles involving travel for work).
• Right to Work in the UK
