We are seeking a dedicatedMental Health Practitionerto join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalised treatment plans
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertaking mental health assessments and accurately risk assessing risk to self, others, and from others
• Formulating and hypothesising with the client and family
• Sharing formulation with the MDT
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to less complex cases
• Supporting the wider team with duties
• Participating in team meetings
• Working alongside psychiatry, psychology, nurses, creative therapists, social workers
• Participating in opportunities to learn and develop
Qualifications and Experience:
• Qualified in a core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional) and Professional Registration with a recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England)
• Experience in providing mental health therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
