Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PEGA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PEGA (PRPC) and the Care Management Framework, with a strong understanding of executing project releases through the complete SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to understand project requirements and translate them into application features.
• Set specifications for new applications and ensure their development aligns with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues effectively.
• Evaluate existing applications for reprogramming, updates, and feature enhancements.
• Work closely with business process owners and SMEs to gather high-level user requirements.
• Define metrics and performance goals for business processes in coordination with project managers and architects.
• Support the transition of requirements and use cases into functional solutions.

Requirements:

• Basic experience with PEGA PRPC BPM platform.
• PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Care Management Framework in PEGA is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with the SDLC lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PEGA Certification (CSA or higher).
• Experience in evaluating and enhancing application performance.
