About the role of Mobile Electrical Engineer:

My client work mainly on commercial buildings such as high street retailers and banks. You will be tasked with attending around 4 sites a day to carry out repairs or maintenance within the buildings which will include PPM and reactive work.

Responsibilities for Mobile Electrical Engineer:

• You will be upgrading and installing systems, along with carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding
• Complete necessary paperwork and submit within a set time scale
• Complete certification and identify any remedial work that needs to be completed
• Use hand held technology effectively

Requirements of a Mobile Electrical Engineer:

• The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 (ideally 3) or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• Have experience as a mobile electrical engineer or experience as a domestic electrical engineer and be willing to be up-skilled.
• Driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
• Willing to work on a call out rota providing out of hours full cover to clients
• Knowledge of health and safety and safe working practises

The role - Design Manager
