About the role: 

The Sr Manager, Utility Customer Success Management will be responsible for empowering the customer to minimize time to value and working cross functionally to drive initiatives internally on their behalf. The primary purpose of this role is to provide value and build interpersonal relationships that foster customers who are active promoters. We do this by driving enablement externally and advocacy internally. To be successful, you must have an in-depth knowledge of company products, services, partner integrations, client business practices and possess effective communication skills with a genuine desire to help others. 

What you’ll do here: 

• Proactively manage a portfolio of mostly Large, Core, and Base customers

• Manage, coach and mentor a small team of CSMs

• Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors: steering committees, regular visits, reports, events

• Coordinate small internal customer projects

• Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers

• Proactively identify and escalate at risk clients and product issues

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned clients.

• Ensure customer goals and objectives are met and deliver regular portfolio performance reporting

About you:

• 8+ year experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role with 3+ in informal or formal leadership roles

• Proven track record of success 

• Experience with Salesforce (or other comparable CRMs), support, ticketing software systems and best practices.

• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, team centered work environment

• Prior experience in SAAS, multifamily, hoa or proptech. 

• Technical aptitude and ability to identify alternative solutions to customer issues.

Summary of This Role 

We seek an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join the Product team as a Product Owner to manage the delivery of ERP integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the ERP integration roadmap while working cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain product excellence and release new features to benefit customers. • Manage the delivery of ERP integrations (product development to product launch), ensuring execution is in line with a project plan, for small or moderately complex new product initiatives or existing product initiatives. 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful development, launch, and adoption of the product. Complies with the established methodology for managing product strategy.

• Manages the details of product backlog and ensures continual enhancements to existing products. 

• Understand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer experience.

• Collaborates with product marketing to develop product marketing strategies based on established product objectives, costs, and value propositions. Review research with product marketing to quantify value proposition for inputs and marketing collateral.

• Develops business cases requiring minimal analytical skills for new product functionality to serve as inputs to decision-making, prioritization, pricing, and client value proposition.

• Participates in product concept and requirements workshops with clients and internal development teams in pursuit of product requirements, objectives, and architecture decisions. Documents workshop results in a format suitable for consumption by all audiences, including interactive review and feedback from clients and internal parties.

• Supports the collaboration with product delivery and technology architecture to validate detailed design, particularly to ensure that product objectives and key requirements are met and aligned with the market needs and the business unit strategy. Completes required documentation and provides design direction, testing support, and general assistance to the delivery team, as needed, during the execution phase of product development consisting of moderate complexities and scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Building cloud-native Platform as a Service (PaaS) architecture, infrastructure, and software developer tools.
• Maintain the health of our Software as a Service (SaaS) product in the public cloud.
• Guide the evolution of our cloud architecture and infrastructure including the design, deployment, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for software development environments.
• Improve the availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot, monitor and support cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and software environments.
• Implement security best practices for Kubernetes clusters, including role-based access control (RBAC) and network policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 3 years working in highly regulated environments in a technical role.
• 3 years of experience with Kubernetes Engineering.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt, ADO pipeline, and Argo CD.
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring and logging solutions for Kubernetes clusters usings tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and/or ELK stack.

About the role:

The primary focus of the Software Engineer Intern is to create software applications in .Net(C#), Node.js, PHP, React, or React Native (mobile).  The ideal candidate has some knowledge or experience coding in a deadline driven and multi-project environment. Minimum Qualifications

Summary of This Role

Generates revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market. Collects information to better understand business issues, problems, and opportunities and to identify sales prospects. Prepares quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for use in pricing and sales presentations. Ensures sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained.

• With significant support from internal resources and leadership, researches target prospects and develops pipeline in the assigned territory, assigned portfolio or with assigned accounts for new sales and/or for existing sales. For existing clients, conducts penetration analysis and reviews influencing factors and strategy of client to determine action plan. For new sales, identifies business opportunities, conducts cold calls and determines which relationships to nurture. For North America Segment, typically handles 100k or less accounts on file and typical accounts would include small community banks or small credit unions. For the Merchant Segment, typically leads the work of smaller customers, such as Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) or Bank Acquirers with 10k or less Merchants.
• Acts as a front line sales person. Seeks support internally in order to effectively nurture old and new relationships, to execute and create the cold call plan, and to establish the relationship plan for new and existing business on a smaller scale. With guidance from more experienced internal resources, develops an understanding of the territory, conducts sufficient research, determines the appropriate timing for the client contact and determines the appropriate contacts for prospects.
• Creates, maintains and sustains Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for identified top prospects in assigned area or accounts. Is responsible for closing the sale. Needs general guidance for closing deals and identifies internal resources for assistance with SSP.
• Creates the solution design plan. Sizes the work needed for the conversion and helps client understand the work effort for the transition and the correct mix to offer. Assesses the customer's business and reviews solution design options with the client, considering the client's vision, goal, objectives, pain points and target state and makes recommendations for the delivery option. Requires a tremendous amount of support for the large or mega prospects and may need guidance with the smaller prospects, such as small credit unions or small banks.
• With guidance from internal resources, creates and modifies the sales project plan with the intent to close the sale. Conducts stage assessments from time to time with assistance. Identifies and orchestrates the correct internal resources, such as within pricing, IT, implementation, etc. to meet with the client at the appropriate time based on the objectives of the client. Conducts ongoing communication with various internal groups regarding the client and makes request for assistance with the sales project plan as needed.
• Understands the dynamics of the industry, is knowledgeable regarding key trends in the market and discusses with clients current product offering and developing products, including mobile app developments, chip cards, etc. Participates with more experienced internal resource who conducts consultative thought leadership with prospects and helps client with possible solution design.
• Supports the negotiation of the master agreements and service level agreements. May negotiate for small prospects, such as small community banks or small credit unions, but will need support in crafting business terms, etc.
• With support from internal resources, manages the sales presentation and sales process, including identifying the objectives of the meeting, setting the agenda, and following-up on action items, as needed. Identifies internal resources to attend the meeting with the prospect to assist with questions, etc.

Creates test designs based on project requirements and acts in a consultant capacity for other team members in the department on testing software techniques. Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) when answering questions or providing guidance on complex projects (as defined by the client) to internal and external customers (i.e. other departments, clients). Designs complex contingency plans as needed. Coordinates with technical and business resources to identify and resolve complex issues or system defects discovered during testing.
• Provides expert advice and interpretation of requirements to design in-depth testing strategies (testing objective, methods of testing new functions, total time and resources required for the project, and the testing environment) for internal/external clients (i.e. technical and functional designs). Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and design as it relates to the testing design. Recognizes the interrelationships between the various functional components of the system (i.e. collections, posting, and authorizations) and the business, technical and project requirements to determine the appropriate testing methodology to use during test execution and validation. Performs risk assessment and analysis requirements for integrated testing. Coordinates and provides expert instruction on appropriate test designs, plans and strategies to ensure that new functionality does not adversely affect current software functionality.
• Provides SME advice, interpretation and analysis on design processes aimed at increased efficiency, performance and reliability (automation, load and performance) and use of automated testing tools to create, design and execute test plans. Consults with technical resources in the testing environment when making decisions regarding the best use of test automation tools.
• As the SME, collaborates and partners with stakeholders, business, developers and test analysts to develop complex test plans, conditions and cases (set of inputs, execution preconditions, and expected outcomes developed for a particular objective, such as to exercise a particular program path or to verify compliance with a specific requirement) to be used in testing. Uses experience to make insightful and logical decisions on plans, conditions and cases. Develops, administers and recommends best practices to perform specialized and in-depth test data conditioning and execution of test sets. Communicates with manager on a regular basis (project requirements, issues resolutions, etc.), and disseminates information to project sponsors, business analysts, and programmers. Evaluates, interprets and provides guidance on the various components of systems, applications and multiple environments and advises leadership on complex issues.
• Provides SME interpretation on developing non-routine documentation of test/defect reports and uses experience and expertise to follow more difficult and intricate defects through to resolution and closure. Reviews documentation such as business and technical specifications in order to ensure that the documentation is updated and accurate.
• Maintains, administers, interprets and communicates procedures, methodology and/or application standards to include payment card industry and security related compliance according to how they are applied in testing activities.
• Provides guidance to Test Analysts and advises leadership on complex issues. Provides the highest level of business/technical expertise, providing both internal and external consulting services; plans, conducts, and executes research and/or development work on more complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.
• As the Subject Matter Expert, (SME) acts as a single point of contact for large and / or highly complex client projects with regard to test activities and provides expertise to other Test Analyst. . Coordinates the test activities assigned to the test team to include, reviewing of client test plans cases and scripts, prioritizing test execution when necessary and providing feedback to internal and external clients.
