Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hygiene standards in all areas of the factory
• Plan and implement deep cleaning and overhead cleaning schedules in coordination with Engineering and Production requirements
• Manage the Hygiene Team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and providing necessary training
• Investigate and take corrective actions for any out-of-specification environmental micro results
• Ensure achievement of KPI targets related to hygiene standards
• Maintain cleaning standards, records, and procedures in compliance with BRC and other relevant audit standards
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections of internal hygiene standards and documentation
• Develop work instructions and hygiene procedures
• Control COSHH management and provide associated training across all functions
• Ensure all hygiene staff are trained and competent in relevant procedures
• Maintain material safety data sheets for all chemicals used on site and ensure accessibility to all staff

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a high care food manufacturing environment
• HACCP Level 3 certification
• COSHH Level 3 certification
• Ideally Food Safety Level 3 qualified
• NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate (desirable)
• NEBOSH Environmental (desirable)
• Hygiene Manager's Level 4 certification
• Knowledge of Listeria, Micro, and chemical control awareness
• Understanding of BRCGS or large retailer audits preferred

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the store and warehouse, ensuring that all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Logistics Controller will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other teams to coordinate resource requests, control inventory, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the store is manned with suitably qualified and experienced personnel to meet expected outputs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential problems and malfunctions, and ensuring that all manufacturing and engineering processes meet validation requirements. The Quality Technician will play a key role in resolving quality issues through a structured process, completing inspection reports, and monitoring the calibration system to ensure equipment is continually calibrated to schedule.

As a Food Production Operative, you'll be working across the production department. Starting from the 1st stage of productivity to the final stage of packing and involved in all the production steps in between. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the daily manufacturing activities within the Production area.

- Ensure the operational setup, operation, control, monitoring, and cleaning of various manufacturing process equipment to produce finished goods.

- Maintain and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and fit for use.

- Adhere to 'right first time' documentation standards and report any processing deviations.

- Maintain GMP Quality standards at all times and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

- Ensure cost effectiveness in the role, recording precise and accurate information.

- Liaise with the QA department to meet the highest quality standards possible.

- Receive and process deliveries, ensuring the safe storage of all solvents in line with GMP and Health & Safety standards.

- Take ownership of the warehouse area, driving for right first time and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test & Repair Technician to join their Production team. The Test & Repair Technician will be responsible for testing and inspecting new and customer returned products to ensure they meet the required specifications. They will also be responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects within printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and completing all related documentation in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of new and customer returned products to ensure they meet the required specifications.

- Report any faults or defects found during testing and inspection.

- Utilise the product control database, email, NCR, or MRB procedures to report non-conformance.

- Diagnose and repair defects within printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

- Complete and file all related documentation, including test reports, repair logs, and inspection records, in a timely manner.

- Continually review and update test documentation and product work instructions.

- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate testing and repair processes.

- Utilise electronic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to perform testing and troubleshooting.

- Capable of identifying acceptable build quality according to FFF methodology.

- Proficient in using MS Word and Excel programs for documentation and data analysis.

Requirements:

- Standard educational level requirements to include English, Maths and Science.
