Hays are partnering with a well established and national fit-out and interiors contractor to find two site managers who can oversee their high spec fit out project on a flagship Liverpool commercial project. The project will begin early January and will run for a duration of 20 weeks.
As site manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the supervision of subcontractors on site
• Working under the Project Manager on site
• Maintain all RAMS and H&S on site
• Oversee the drylining and finishing package
• Liaise with the main contractor on site

What you need:

• Previous drylining, ceilings, & partition experience is essential
• SMSTS & CSCS & First Aid
• Prior UK-based contractor experience is essential

We are offering:

• £250 - £330 per day DoE
• Work in the Liverpool area
• 20 week duration
• Early January start

Your new role
As Financial Controller you will report to the Managing Director and will form part of the senior leadership team.
You will oversee a small finance team and ensure the production of reliable and timely monthly management accounts.
You will be responsible for all factory accounting, costing and reporting.
As a business partner to the MD and colleagues on the leadership team, you will offer strategic advice and financial analysis to support decision making.
You will manage cashflow reporting and ensure GAAP compliance.
You will prepare annual budgets, forecasts and associated reporting.
You will also be responsible for ppv, margin and customer profitability reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified or QBE accountant with significant manufacturing sector accounting experience.
You should have leadership skills and have experience of advising senior management on business decisions.
You should have the appetite to work with a growing business and be a key part of the senior leadership team, ultimately working towards having a stake in the business.

Hays Education are working with a lovely primary school based just outside of Liverpool city centre to support them with the recruitment of a Learning Support Assistant to cover a fixed term period.

Your new role
You will be as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, to support a child with additional learning needs. You will be the key person for this student and work closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO on a daily basis to provide support within the classroom and other daily duties.

This role is Monday-Friday, starting at 8:30am, starting as soon as possible.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working with children in an education setting, ideally experienced working with SEN. You will have a passion for working with children and be enthusiastic and positive in the work you do.

I am currently working with a key client who is looking for a temporary PA to CFO for an estimated time of 2-3 months with the potential for extension and the role to be permanent.

Your new role

You will be supporting a personable CFO and, at times, some other execs. Key responsibilities will include diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses. You will also be expected to support with meeting packs and agendas, undertake minutes and provide regular and ad-hoc reports when requested. As you progress in the role, there will be further development of responsibility.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous PA experience supporting a CFO/FD, or have worked in a supporting role within a finance team previously and also have recent PA experience.

This role is Monday-Friday with hours 9 - 5. The role is fully office based. The hourly rate is dependent on experience.
