• Manage day-to-day relationship between business and vendor(s) to ensure seamless and effective delivery of outsourced services.

• Primary communicator/liaison between vendor and business stakeholders to answer questions, provide performance metrics updates, manage capacity and demand, and remediate escalations as needed. 

• Facilitate vendor onboarding process through effective communications and training to educate the vendor on processes and operational details and successfully transition business processes and/or operations to operational business teams.

• Partner with business leads to understand evolving service needs and expectations, define business requirements, and work with the vendor to improve capabilities.

• Establish and coordinate ongoing service level metric/performance reporting to monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations and/or other performance agreements are met. 

• Analyzes information to determine if there are gaps in performance and how to best address through process improvements, training and/or other interventions. 

• Define internal process for handling high severity and stagnant issues/events; escalate and partner with internal business partner for remediation as needed.

• Ensure adherence to standard procedures for vendor governance, including data access and security.

• Review vendor's work with business teams for quality issues, design and administer customer surveys and other feedback processes and lead formal vendor service reviews and/or audits as needed.

• Provides inputs to vendor contract negotiations to ensure vendor contracts align to business strategy.

• Collaborate with internal business partners on vendor strategy discussions, providing data, knowledge and feedback on vendor operations from the business perspective.

Role Overview:

As a XD Producer, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project timelines, facilitating kickoffs, workshops, internal reviews, and client meetings. You will host check-ins with our product partners and provide real-time reports and updates to management. You will be the left-brain of our Experience Design team. You will work side-by-side with the Director and managers making sure that the team runs smoothly. This includes supporting Design Ops efforts, support of finance and budgeting tasks, and other duties as assigned. As a XD Producer, you can speak many languages – business, UX, development, etc. You know the lingo. You understand the creative process. You know how to work and support designers.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee UX design enterprise projects from conception to completion.
• Be proactive in understanding complexities of enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with the UX team to ensure projects are on track, and any obstacles or risks are addressed promptly.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage projects through Jira/Confluence.
   

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design vision is maintained, quality standards are met, and projects are delivered on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for UX projects, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
   

Resource Allocation:

• Identify resource needs and collaborate with team leads to allocate necessary resources for projects.
• Forecast potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate risks.
   

Documentation & Process:

• Ensure all necessary documentation is created, maintained, and updated regularly.
• Develop, refine, and enforce UX processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Provide a monthly overview of the work the XD team has done including notable projects and business value delivered.
   

Design Operations:

• Handle light administrative tasks such as paying bills related to UX initiatives.
• Organize team meetings, workshops, etc.
• Help to organize and execute several team events each year such as our annual XD Day and our quarterly XD the XD Team sessions, collaborating with team members and partners to ensure their success.
• Work to make sure the team has access to the tools they need to operate.
   

Stakeholder Management:

• Work with stakeholders and partners to manage priorities.
• Be the front-line for new requests and questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in a UX or digital production role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Servant-hearted attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed.

• Provide technical input into the design, deployment and operation of global IT Security management software and hardware devices.

• Perform security tool system administration, including applying updates and patches.

• Review existing applications periodically as well as new applications prior to installation to ensure adherence to security policies and industry best practices.

• Proactively engage in discussions with IT operational teams to maintain and improve security posture.

• Work to resolve security issues or incidents.

• Perform applicable testing and investigations related to cyber and information security.

• Develop, revise and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions related to IT Security and engineering with a focus on ongoing improvement.
