The Clinical & Business Team provide 2nd line Application support and we are looking to recruit a team to engage on the new eCare EPR. Its an exciting time bringing in a brand new system and configuring it to meet the clinical needs for better patient care. We will also be looking to close down many of our older systems with this move. During the eCare Electronic Patient Record project the workload will need to focus on supporting the project and getting ready for Go-Live. The team will need to be full time members of the Workstream developing the processes and supporting system design for an agreed area of scope. The team will be Workstream Configuration Analysts and contribute to the data collection worksheets and testing. Please see job description attached for further details.

Initiate projects as directed by the Senior Project Manager, Senior Programme Manager. Arrange, chair/participate in and document structured project meetings, and collective discussions with customers, patients, suppliers and system users. Assess project priorities with the Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager, when conflict arises. Responsible for the production of the specification and design/modification of information systems, including overseeing development work. Undertake impact analyses to feed into service changes required after project delivery. Responsible for regular creation, ownership and management of all core project documentation including project plans, risk, issue logs, meeting minutes, project budgets using Microsoft Office applications or other software tools. Create, direct and motivate representative project teams. Allocate, schedule and monitor team members work, and the day-to-day coordination of their planned tasks to meet the project targets. Co-ordinate and manage internal and external parties to ensure their effective involvement in change management, delivery and ongoing service, according to policy of the customer organisations. Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout, such that each project deliverable is fit for purpose and meets its documented requirement.
