Primary Responsibilities The following are the core responsibilities of the salaried GP. Your role will be to promote/develop and maintain a culture within the Ward/Department in collaboration with the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse which challenges and questions practice and promote the quality of thinking amongst practitioners. Under the supervision of the Nurse in Charge the Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe and efficient care to patients attending the Hand Trauma Unit. This will be from assessment, wound examination and dressings, to discharge.For patients returning for surgery the Staff Nurse will ensure their safe preparation and discharge. When working within the procedure room, on completion of required competencies, the Staff Nurse will practice in either a Scrub Nurse role, or Circulating Nurse role, providing perioperative care for those patients requiring surgery.

The Children's physiotherapy service is an integral part of the Trustwide Children's Therapies team and we work closely with other therapy colleagues. We have site based team leads, as well as an MSE wide Children's Therapy lead and Head of Therapies. We also work closely with our adult counterparts. We are looking for a paediatric physiotherapist who prides themselves in providing excellence, is respectful, as well as being compassionate.
