Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant to join business on a permanent basis. This is a new role to the organisation following a period of continued growth where the Managing Director & Senior Management Team need some additional support. This role has been created to support the Managing Director with a range of legal assistant duties on a daily basis, almost similar to a PA role in some duties, but most of the focus will be on a range of Legal Administrative duties in the property / construction sector.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Working with Senior Management team to understand what projects are currently being worked on and what support is needed.
• Attending regular meetings with the MD, minute taking and assisting with any follow up actions or documentation requests
• Sending out documentation and agreements such as section 106 agreements.
• Supporting with any queries and structural warranty claims.
• In regular liaison with external legal / consultancy companies to check on progress and chase documentation

Skills and Experience

• PA / Secretarial or similar experience, where you have that instinct to know what support is needed and can prepare for tasks ahead of time.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Taking a flow of calls and emails from tenants in rental properties where they might be raising queries or issues with their properties that need to be addressed

The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual who is tenacious at researching new client data to assist with building upon their already vast data base.

The idea behind this newly created opportunity is to support the Marketing Manager with exploring new markets, whether that is into new geographical territories, or into new business sectors. Initially this role with be researching new potential customers worldwide to add their data into the database, and then over time, the role will evolve into a more generic marketing role to assist with analysing campaign data and responses.

It is essential that you drive and have your own transport due to the rural location of the business.

Marketing Duties
• Researching online sources to find new potential clients, whether looking for clients in new geographical territories, or looking for clients in different markets that would have a potential use for your products.

My client is based in north Shropshire has a vacancy for a Commercial Manager to join their organisation on a on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The Commercial Manager will act as the focal point for contract related activity. You will be reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, supporting them in the oversight of all commercial and contractual activities, and will have an in-depth level of understanding of the contract terms and conditions. Therefore, this role would suit someone who has done a Commercial Manager role, or possibly someone with a high level of experience dealing with legal or contractual documentation.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Management of contract changes, ensuring changes are logged, and change proposals drafted.
• Document and monitor all contract deliverables.
• Document, maintain, and identify necessary internal commercial processes.
