Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Trainee will get orientated and get use to how the company runs the warehouse, understanding the various products from plastic pellets to range of wooden pellets used, bubble wrap to foam mould and MHE used.

2. Trainee will be able to Lead the warehouse team, ensure end-to-end supply chain is managed according to plan. Maintains accountability to stock discrepancy. In charge of repairs and requisition for replacement.

3. Trainee will be able to Provide directions to team members, ensure work/shift are planned ahead, manage attendance issues that may arise from time to time and all last minute contingencies are addressed on time. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

4. Trainee will be able to establish and monitor safety procedures and protocols and safeguards warehouse operations and contents through right processes and protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Engineer

• Machining process planning.
• Provide technical support for production quality.
• Experience in 2D/3D CAD drafting (Autocad).
• Proficient in CNC machining.
• Skilled in interpreting customer drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Assist with RFQ proposals and other engineering tasks.

• Handle daily delivery & collection of goods
• Responsible for proper loading of goods to comply with the safety transport requirements.
• Maintain the lorry in good & proper condition.
• Possess class 4/ 5 driving licence.
• Clean driving records.

• Ensure that all quality check procedures that put in place by the company are followed during every production phase.
• Educate production team on quality control issues and work with production supervisor to improve overall company safety and product quality.
• Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with production supervisor.
• Checklists and documents are to be filed properly.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

- Monitor, receiving, storing, packing/unpacking of goods.

- To conduct inventory count and to verify stock discrepancies.

- Maintain cleanliness / good housekeeping in store.

- Update to System.

• Chase for PO acknowledgment
• Ordering Stationery
• Follow up on material for project requirement.
• Generating quote, delivery order and packing list
• Establish good relationship with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
• Setting up inventory system with creation of product code, product number
• Establishing products costing and pricelist, working closely with QS team
