Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.
As the Catering Assistant, you will be in a varied role as part of a busy team. You will provide a friendly welcoming service to our customers. Your duties will include making drinks and serving food to the highest of standards, carrying out cleaning duties and undertaking record temperature checks whilst ensuring high standards of food hygiene are maintained. You will also make sure that customers are served promptly and efficiently and ensure that financial and cash handling procedures are complied with.
Aurora complex is a very busy site, and you would be required to work within a busy environment working alongside an award-winning team.

Previous catering experience is essential and Level 1 or 2 in food safety is desirable.
