Derby City Council are looking for a new face to join their forever growing team to assist with the inbound calls made from the elderly community who are currently still living in their own accommodation.

The team is a 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service that provides support to people in their own homes through their connection link to their own internal telecare service which is available 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Customers activate a support call at any time 24/7 via the alarm unit installed in their own home and or the sensors attached to it. Our Call Handler Responders will then discuss and assess the nature of the emergency and will action an appropriate response. Responding themselves if required.
