Job Purpose:

The Membership Services Executive is responsible for implementing membership duties and services efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that all member enquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism, ensuring timely and complete follow-up. Additionally, the Membership Services

Executive conducts new member enrolments, providing them with comprehensive briefings on club policies, rules, and facilities.

1. Membership Transfer & Resignation Management:

· Process all membership transfer applications and resignation requests, ensuring that all relevant information, documents, and payments are in order.

2. Matching Buyers and Sellers:

· Assist members in matching potential buyers and sellers, regularly updating and maintaining the list of available membership transfers.

3. Administrative Support:

· Handle a wide range of administrative tasks related to membership services, including:

· Weekly/Monthly membership sales updates

· Family membership applications and terminations

· Section applications and terminations

· Change of corporate nominee details

· Management of deceased membership records

· Handling defaulter memberships

· Issuing membership cards and car decals

4. Club Tours:

· Conduct club tours for prospective members, ensuring they are introduced to all club facilities and services.

5. Member Onboarding:

· Provide new members with essential information on how to use club facilities and outlets. Brief them on the importance of their membership cards and the club's basic rules and policies.

6. Member Enquiries:

· Respond to all member enquiries (via walk-in, email, and telephone) and provide information on account statements. Take necessary actions to resolve any erroneous charges.

7. Refund Processing:

· Prepare and issue refunds for transferred or resigned members, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

8. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks:

· Perform any additional administrative tasks or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

9. Front Desk Support:

· Provide coverage for Front Desk duties as required, ensuring smooth operations.

10. Other Duties:

Requirements: -

Job Purpose

The Club is seeking a versatile Marketing & PR Assistant Executive to support in day-to-day marketing operations. Main role includes organizing marketing files and support in graphics design and video production operations. This includes posting on social media, communications platforms and MailChimp.

Job Responsibilities

1) E-Newsletter Design: Assist in the design process for the E-Newsletter, ensure visual appeal and adherence to brand guidelines.

2) Public Screen Updates: Regularly update content on the screens to keep members informed and engaged.

3) Poster Design and Advertising: Assist in creating compelling designs for Club posters, print collateral, and other advertising materials to effectively communicate Club events and promotions.

To ensure that all purchases are procured cost effectively and in appropriate quantities for required delivery in the approved price range. Responsible for the F&B costs and to ensure that daily and monthly reports on F&B costs are properly prepared on a timely basis.

1. Ensure that purchasing policies are implemented and observed by all departments.

2. Responsible for the daily operations of the purchasing department involving sourcing, evaluation and procurement of supplies with at least three suppliers for each requisition of new products and services.

Payroll Processing

• Work with HR vendor to prepares monthly staff salary, part-timers’ salary, annual AWS and bonus in accordance to Payroll SOP. Payroll report to be ready according to timeline for checking. Ensure timely and accuracy in Payroll Processing.
• Deduct staff monthly F&B bills through pay and prepare report.
• Prepare final monthly payroll summary for both full-time and part-time and reconcile payroll figures before starting new month payroll.
• All supporting documents of unpaid leave, unpaid MC, reservist payment, festive advance must be filed with payroll summary.
• Submit salary payment to Bank monthly within the deadline
• Prepare salary payment for new and resigned staff. Prepare income tax clearance for foreign staff upon receipt of resignation letter. Immediately Broadcast to HR team of staff resignation for their necessary action. Withhold foreign staff salary as per appointment letter.
• Issue acceptance of resignation letter. Ensure that staff return all items listed in Entry/Exit Form before release of final salary payment. Update exit interviews data in Exit Summary Listing.
• Ensure pay-slips for salary and bonus is available on pay day.
• Prepare monthly CPF and Foreign Worker Levy contribution before the CPF deadline.
• Prepare monthly salary report and chart for HR Manager.
• File all salary reports, pay-slips and CPF contribution.
