We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. Providing administration and facilitation support to the Learning and Development function - In particular by supporting the managing and maintaining of the eLearning LMS platform, designing and developing eLearning modules to be undertaken by various colleagues across the business and being an all-round team member for the Learning and Development department.

As part of the role you will coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars; assist in designing and updating training programs and materials and support trainers in the preparation and delivery of training sessions.

We are looking for someone with 5 GCSEs Grade A-C, including Maths and English (or equivalent); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and evidence of working as part of a team. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks; and attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant Compliance and Facilities Management position. The overall purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the administration function within the Compliance & FM Team. You will also provide broad administrative assistance to support the activities and services within the Compliance & FM Team carried out to the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and professionalism in accordance with the requirements of the Directorate, Valleys to Coast and its relevant policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate confidence in document management & creation, cloud storage, spreadsheet creation and manipulation, presentation software and effective email systems management.

You will be required to work with external stakeholders in the resolution of customer repair, service or other issues and liaising confidently with other colleagues within and outside the Directorate.

The role focuses on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, while fostering strong relationships with customers, leaseholders, and external service providers. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality service.

The job holder will lead and support their team in delivering responsive services, including call handling, technical diagnosis and scheduling. The role will focus on providing comprehensive business support and high standards of scheduling and customer service to Llanw, ensuring you support and manage your business support team to comply with Llanw’s management system, policies and procedures, adhering to service standards, timescales and financial budgets.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our Llanw team. You will work both independently and as an electrical team member within the Property Services department and will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of electrical equipment up to nominal low voltage on all Valleys to Coast and associated properties.
As part of the role you will ensure that all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with BS 7671 and the Company’s policies and procedures.
We are looking for a multi-skilled electrician; you will also be expected to be reasonably competent in other complimentary trade disciplines. You will be expected to use these complimentary skills on a regular basis, as and when directed, for the benefit of the organisation.
You will be expected to work in a variety of maintenance disciplines in and out of normal hours to a high and acceptable standard. A driving licence is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks effectively, and have experience working with data, systems, and financial processes. You should be confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and committed to delivering high-quality support to ensure the effective operation of the service. Exceptional IT and system skills are essential, as you will be working with various digital platforms to manage data and ensure compliance.

As part of the role you will be handling a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the wider Directorate. This will include managing data, reports, financial reconciliations, document storage, contract administration, and working with IT systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

As part of the role you will support in the effective delivery of the operational plan, to demonstrate interest in the Bridgend borough, social housing and our customers. You will be required to commission, inspect and test electrical installations and ensure all certification is correct. You will also ensure Health & Safety Procedures are adhered and complied with to all work activities. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Partner (Technical Support) to provide front line service for customers contacting Valleys to Coast.

The overall purpose of the job is to resolve questions, queries or issues. This can be face to face, by telephone, email, web chat or via social media platforms. The queries will be wide and varied in relation to repairs and maintenance. You will provide answers and resolve challenges first time delivering great customer service to our current and future customers.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a fast paced and customer focused environment as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role. You will need a good understanding of housing repairs and maintenance and be a good problem solver.

As part of the role you will communicate in a timely and accurate manner with contractors involved in the provision of Valleys to Coast Groups’ out of hours emergency telephone cover, ensuring adequate cover is also in place for periods of service closure.
