Working Pattern: 37 hours per week term time (39 weeks) plus 5 additional days to be completed during the school closure periods
Monday to Friday 7.00am -3.00pm with one day per week finishing at 2.30pm (to be agreed with the Operations Manager) Potentially for the right candidate we may be flexible with the first hour working from home.
START DATE: 1 December 2024 - this may be flexible for the right candidate.
Oasis Academy Temple Quarter may present an exciting opportunity for you! Oasis Academy Temple Quarter opened in September 2023 with our founding cohort of Year 7 students. We are currently in temporary accommodation in Spring Street Bedminster and will be moving to our state-of-the-art new build in 2027. The Role
The role of the Academy Services Administrator is a pivotal role to our academy this role will support the successful running of our academy. We are looking for a highly organised individual who can quickly develop strong and effective relationships with a variety of individuals and someone who can adapt well to a busy and changing environment. The role will support the Operations Manager in delivering of all non-teaching related services at the academy including office and administrative services. This is a varied role and we are looking for an organised, flexible, motivated individual who has a 'can do' attitude to join our team. As a large MAT we benefit from relationships with and support from our regional services which include, finance, HR, facilities and IT. The role also involves developing relationships with our external partners which include our catering provider, Sodexo, the Local Authority, Supply agencies to name but a few. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for making a difference to the lives of the young people and the community we serve, as well as developing their own career.
