The children, staff and Governors of Woodland Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and inspirational PPA Class Teacher to join our caring and aspirational team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate teaching and learning activities.
- Observe and report on pupil performance and development.
- Support literacy and numeracy development.
- Use information and communication technology to support pupils learning.
- Work with children and young people with additional requirements to meet their personal support needs.
- Promote children’s well-being and resilience.
- Contribute to improving attendance.
- Lead an extra-curricular activity.
- Be enthusiastic, creative, innovative and prepared to ‘roll their sleeves up and have a go’.
- Have high expectations of pupils behaviour, behaviours for learning and achievement.
- Be an excellent communicator who is committed to being proactive in working in positive partnership with all stakeholders.
