Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all deliverables required in the clients' service agreement;
• Manage and maintain the Premises in a good and serviceable repair and in a clean and proper condition to the satisfaction of the client.
• Supervise and monitor the appointed term contractors and ensure that their scopes of works are fully carried out according to the term contract specifications.
• Organize team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations especially in maintenance, engineering and customer supports;
• Plan and execute all programmed maintenance within the frame work of the allocated resources;
