Customer Support Advisor
Minimum Requirements: 1 year's customer service experience within the last 3 years, complaints or resolutions experience is preferable.
Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £2,700 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

The role you'll do:
As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy Inbound department, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who call in with a variety of customer service enquiries. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Deal with billing queries, engineer queries, quotes for care plans, replacement options and customers changing account details.
- Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first
- Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer

What else to expect:
- In a 4-week training programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues and learn what makes a great customer experience
- This department has rotational shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. You would be working 2.5 full weekends on a 6-week rotational schedule.

The experience and skills you need:
- 1 year's continuous customer service experience within the last 5 years, complaints or resolutions experience is preferable.
- A driven mindset with strong customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
- Experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
- Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
