Monday/Wed/Fri we have two shifts: 4:30am-3:30pm and 9:30am-9:30pm. One week a month you will open, and one week per month you will close on MWF.

Tuesday/Thu/Sat there is only one shift, 5:30am-3pm.

Job Summary

Accountable for the identification, development and training needs for the Customer Service organization by consulting with the leaders of Enterprise Operations, Market and Product Development, Product Administration and the other business units (e.g. Medicaid, Individual).
