The Person:

The Role:

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal team members at all levels, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs whilst reviewing and implementing policies and procedures related to IT service delivery and compliance.
• Ensure that all IT services are compliant with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, such as GDPR, latest PCI Standards, and that appropriate controls are in place to manage risk.
• Manage the relationship with third-party suppliers, ensuring that their services are delivered to a high standard and that they are aligned with our compliance and governance requirements.
• Project Management of IT Services within any agreed projects.
• Lead incident coordination and guide the team in case of any IT incidents.

The role of Chef de Partie is to prepare food to a consistently high standard to meet guest requirements. To ensure the correct storage of all deliveries while maintaining excellent health and hygiene kitchen practice at all times. The Chef de Partie will also assist in the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team to and the supervision of the kitchen as a whole.

Your day-to-day

• Contribute to the production of food items

• Catering / Hospitality / Travel /Tourism qualification at any level.

Job Summary

As Night Manager, you will oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Night Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Your day-to-day

• Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
• Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP Guests
• Complete Night Audit duties
• Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems

• Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks, and maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas

• Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise
