Your new role

With the continued growth of our team, we are looking to hire a Director in our Heath Economics and Data Analysis business area, to provide business leadership and act as a senior lead on assigned projects. This involves being the senior point of contact for clients on assigned projects, mentoring and guiding the project team to ensure client objectives are met, and providing final strategic review of deliverables to ensure high quality deliverables are provided to our clients.
The main responsibility of the role is to lead the development of health economic models and a range of health economics projects. This includes the development of global cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, early economic models, model adaptations and methodological studies. The role also involves identifying, driving and assessing new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals, and building relationships with clients in order to maximise the chance of winning work.

You will work as part of the leadership team to ensure that work is won and delivered to meet financial targets and other KPI's. You will also be responsible for driving innovation through proposing new or modified service offerings, providing input to the strategic direction, and engaging in activities to increase the external profile, such as preparing publications and presentations in area(s) of expertise.

Key activities include:

* Assessing RFPs and business opportunities and contributing to the development of proposals.

* Developing and/or directing the development of a range of health economics models, budget impact models, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses and other statistical analyses as part of the health economics and data analysis practice offerings

* Supporting project teams in their interaction with clients, including providing senior technical leadership on selected assigned projects.

* Reviewing project deliverables, including QC of models and associated protocols and technical reports.

* Monitoring developments in area(s) of expertise; proposing new or modified service offerings and ensuring these are incorporated into proposals and projects, as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed

* You should have a post graduate qualification in Health Economics with extensive experience of building cost-effectiveness economic models and budget impact models, with at least seven years' industry experience.

* You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing and interpreting economic models and understanding systematic reviews and meta-analyses.

* The ability to demonstrate relevant research and technical skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, a creative mindset and a team work ethos is essential.

* Ability to demonstrate strategic insight, discuss strategic project decisions with clients and project teams, and to gain their confidence.

These substantive posts are within our male medium secure and womens blended services at The Edenfield Centre.

While our new model of care is under development, and definitive medical job planning is under review, it is anticipated that the post holders will be the Responsible Clinician for 12 – 16 male inpatients or 10 – 12 female inpatients, following their caseload from admission to discharge.

Pennine Home Treatment Teams are split into 2 locality bases covering the Pennine Area. We have an exciting opportunity for forward thinking, highly motivated, innovative, dedicated practitioners to provide care and treatment for those service users who require support from the Home Based Treatment Team.

Practitioners in the team are dedicated to working with vulnerable service users in their own homes, preventing further deterioration to avoid the need for admission to hospital. An exciting opportunity is available to join our Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) located at RBH in the John Hewitt Pod (directly across A&E Ambulance bay)

The successful applicant, will provide administrative support to the Clinical Team working closely beside clinicians.

Key parts to the role:
• Team player – Committed and Loyal.
• Report to be emailed daily.
• Medical records updated.
• Opening and closing of referrals
• Keeping clear communication to clincians and the wider MDT teams.
• Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

The post is full time 37.5 hours. This is be worked over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The pattern is below.

A regular working pattern supports employees with a healthy work/home life balance;
• Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 20:00
• Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:00 - 20:00
• Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 20:00 - 08:00
• Week 4 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 20:00 - 08:00

Working pattern (hours):Full time

• Receive allocate and despatch internal /external mail in line with the Trust policy.
• To be the first point of contact for the unit/department providing a comprehensive customer service and enquiry provision to internal and external customers of the Trust.
• Provide a comprehensive administrative service compilation of reports and other correspondence on behalf of the team manager and other members of the team, ensuring a high standard in accordance with Trust standards.
• To create and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels, internal and external across the whole health economy.
• Work as a team with the appropriate management teams and other departments including clinicians to ensure that the appropriate leads are notified in the case of matters of urgency and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in team meeting and admin services meetings as required
• Assist in the planning and organising of a range of team activities and programmes including regular meetings and other events.
• Monitoring and maintaining stationery supplies and stock for the team.
• Greeting and signing posting Service Users in face to face or on the telephone.
• Responsible for dealing with queries from Service Users and/or their carers using tact and empathy as required and ensuring appropriate communication skills are used at all times.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

Shifts Available: Days 8am-10pm and sleep in

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Macclesfield to support a male on a 1-1 basis in his own home. He enjoys going into the local area and exploring, he enjoys going to the local coffee shop and spending time people watching. This young man enjoys chatting, getting to know people, and wanting to explore more activities since being discharged from hospital. The young man wants to build on his independence skills and we are looking for staff who can support in this area and have a 'can do attitude' He will need support with maintaining his own home, and supporting with appointments.

Applicant requirements:
Looking for outgoing people who want to make a difference to the people we support
Knowledge in positive behaviour support, autism, but all training will be given
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
