As an Internal Communications Manager - Digital Transformation, you will be the strategic and tactical partner to the Digital Workplace programme, developing and delivering internal communications strategies that support business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to the programme team and leaders across the business to develop, implement and support internal communications projects that enable digital transformation of the organisation, ensuring these engage and enable colleagues. Your work will help us to make sure every colleague understands how they can operate in a digital workplace, no matter what their role is (corporate and frontline). The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, capable of building relationships with all levels of colleagues. Ideally, they will also have knowledge of change communications and previous experience of digital transformation projects.Main Duties :-

• Work with the Digital Workplace programme to identify key topics and messages, assess business needs and develop communication solutions to meet those needs.
• Lead content planning and development for the Digital Workplace programme across the year, contributing to the overall shared colleague communications forward view.
• Get stuck into delivery of communications, across the full communications mix based on audience insights (including intranet, video, social, other digital, print and offline methods)
• Report and analyse results of the Digital Workplace programme communications to advise programme leaders on colleague sentiment and effectively plan insight based future communication.
• Lead on company-wide Digital Workplace communications campaigns.
• Work as part of a network of Business Partners across the marketing and communications functions, sharing information with colleagues and consulting with key stakeholders.

• Good technical knowledge to deliver engaging content, including intranet, print, video, digital, social.

• Track record of shaping and driving colleague communications at similar service and operations businesses

• The ability to balance delivery across multiple projects and priorities, aligning activities to corporate and Digital Workplace goals.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to our Senior Manager, Events & Marketing Special Projects and based in San Jose, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of announcements and launches, including event planning, media relations, digital media promotion, materials development and coverage analysis and reporting

• Create compelling content and use social media content for the company’s social channels and use social media as tools to amplify brand awareness

• Work cross functionally with various teams, including the sales and policy teams, as well as various parts of the marketing team including content, communications, branding, design

• Coordinate internal and external virtual and in-person events during your internship as well planning for Q3 and Q4 event programs, including but not limited to:

  • Tracking multiple project deliverables and timelines

  • Managing registration and lead lists

  • Data and analytics entry

  • Researching new vendors

  • Updating run of show and speaker prep documents

  • Prepare event recaps and analytics for internal reporting

  • Work on large-scale sponsorship and event programs such as the Stars & Stride Run and the San Jose Sharks partnership

• Develop templates and dashboards for lead generation campaign tracking and reporting

• A focused initiative to build an event marketing and communications plan involving:

  • Templatizing plans for various pre/during/post event communications through various channels (internal, social media, etc.) to increasing presence and share of voice

• Designing a social media toolkit with customizable speaker promotion graphics

• Outlining pre-event brand awareness strategies to increase meeting requests and booth visits.

• Building comprehensive timelines to facilitate cross-functional planning.

• Analyzing post-event lead generations elements to determine success measurements.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven interest in marketing and communications

• Passionate storyteller with a strong brand sensibility; enjoys finding ways to disseminate content through various multimedia formats (web, email, social)

• Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing. You’re a creative wordsmith, able to craft crisp messages and adjust tone and style for specific channels or audiences.

• Possess an eagerness to learn and an ability to quickly ramp up on Bloom technology, messaging, audience groups.
