Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Content Specialist to manage daily social media activities, support product research, and ensure affiliate compliance. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, knowledge of social media best practices, and experience in content creation. This role involves working closely with the Manager to drive engagement, grow our online presence, and support brand alignment with FTC and affiliate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and respond to audience engagement.
2. Content Creation
• Write captivating captions, informative product descriptions, and occasional blog posts to enhance audience connection and product appeal.
• Collaborate with the Manager and design team to create visuals that align with brand messaging.
3. Product Research Support
• Assist the Manager in researching trending products and deals to stay current with market trends.
• Conduct background checks on potential products to ensure they align with brand standards.
4. Affiliate Compliance
• Ensure all content follows FTC regulations and affiliate program guidelines, including disclosure requirements.
• Monitor content for compliance and adjust as needed to meet current standards.
5. Social Media Analytics
• Track performance metrics across all social media channels and generate reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve engagement, reach, and overall performance.

Position Description: 

Provides strategic direction on communications and marketing projects and issues both internal and external to Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with other organization leaders to align with organizational goals and achieve successful outcomes that build the Goodwill brand. Represents and promotes the organization, increasing its visibility and supporting its mission, vision, and goals. In addition to leading Goodwill’s central team of marketing and communications professionals, provides strategic direction for marketing and communications produced by other departments and business units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops the voice of the organization, leading the seamless integration of a single voice and brand across all internal and external communications.
• Owns and updates the brand guidelines and identity based on the evolving brand strategy.  Implements and guides brand application with creative, marketing, and communications teams.
• Builds and maintains a methodology for measuring brand health, tracking the ROI of campaigns and initiatives, and tracking tactics.
• Recognizes and responds to proactive and reactive communications opportunities, enhancing the organization’s image and advancing its values and goals.
• Enhances Goodwill’s reputation through commitment to its mission and values and positive relationships with external partners.
• Cultivates and supports a high performing team that demonstrates responsiveness, innovation, and collaboration in marketing and communications duties.
• Builds the brand through the development and deployment of a sophisticated marketing and communications plan that advances its mission and values.
• Guides the creation of communication tools and materials that effectively position GCNA as the regional leader in both career and business services and the thrift retail and donated goods business.
• Ensures GCNA’s programs, events, public announcements, and projects garner positive coverage and are communicated effectively to key audiences through a variety of persuasive strategies.
• Maintains excellent relations with the media and creates opportunities for GCNA to be turned to for comment and engagement on issues of importance to GCNA and its key audiences.
• When appropriate, acts as spokesperson for GCNA.
• Effectively manages Contractors supporting GCNA’s marketing and communications activities, ensuring they have the information and support they need to execute the responsibilities of their contract(s).
• Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations, or another related field, or equivalent experience with in a marketing leadership role.
• Minimum of 15 years combined experience in marketing, advertising, corporate communications and media relations. 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading the marketing function of a large organization.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team of full-time professionals.
• Proven track record collaborating with agencies as well as a wide array of internal teams.
• Ability to deal professionally in a corporate and not-for-profit environment and assume responsibility for guiding communications and marketing projects and programs from inception through completion.
• Strong ability to think strategically and build business growth plans.
• Strong history of quickly building relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with department leaders and peers.
• Judgment and critical thinking are applied to all planning and implementation of communications tactics including crisis communications.
• Demonstrated excellence in written communication skills, including news, business and persuasive writing. 
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills including proven effectiveness in one-on-one, group communications and media relations.
• Demonstrated project management skills and strong attention to detail.

SUMMARY

The Media Relations Specialist SME (part-time) provides media relations and support services to CDC’s Division of Population Health (DPH), serving as public affairs contact, coordinating media responses, messaging, planning and clearances through DPH and selected internal partners. Provides clear, consistent, and frequent messaging regarding key initiatives, progress, and priorities externally. Responsible for writing, editing, and producing pitches and plans for a variety of external audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. 

Formulates clear, compelling messages on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it.

Builds and maintains relationships with key media outlets/reporters to discuss scientific information and findings and manage stories and establish connection points for future story development.

Provides consultation, strategic planning, evaluation of media opportunities (including risk analysis) and recommendations for proactive and reactive media engagement.

Coordinates rollout activities for upcoming publications, releases, and events with numerous internal partners.

Develops, coordinates, and clears media rollout packages, press releases, media advisories and briefings, and other media content and products in coordination with internal partners and with adherence to internal clearance requirements and reporting/tracking systems.

Implements media rollout plans, including coordination with and outreach to internal and external partners.

Schedules and coordinates media requests, opportunities, and events, including expert interviews (by phone and live/on camera), media telebriefings, social media live streams, radio media tours, celebrity engagement, and other media engagement.

Fields media inquiries and responds to reporters’ questions with accurate information in a timely fashion and working with SMEs (subject matter experts) and communication staff to develop appropriate and accurate media responses, and ensures responses are appropriately cleared before responding to the inquirer. Handles follow-up inquiries through the same process.

Tracks and reports media events and interactions, including maintaining records of all media interactions (press topics and reporters), tracking and analyzing press/media coverage using approved services (e.g. Arbitron, or Nielsen data, Cision, etc.).

Compiles routine media reports that will be sent to Division staff through the communication lead.

Provide a quarterly summary report of all media support activities as applicable to core requirements, including milestones reached and status of pending activities (including significant risks or concerns).

DSST Public Schools (DSST) seeks a group of Communications Student Cohort Members to lead a communications campaign focused on sharing the message that charter schools are free, public and open to all.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DSST Public Schools seeks a cohort of students with a creative spirit and can-do attitude that are excited to tell the DSST story. This cohort will lead DSST’s creative content creation for a specialized campaign. They will be trained on and then create a variety of content based on their interests, including  graphic design, photography, videography and social media campaigns. This is a paid position. Students will be paid for their time in professional development, as well as for each piece of content they create.

Cohort Development Attendance

• Cohort members will be required to attend three professional development sessions and one final convening to share their work and report on campaign success.

Content Creation

• Create relevant content that tells the DSST story with the lens of the messaging that charters are free, public and open to all

• Produce original content including blog posts, photos and videos that tell the DSST and charter story

• Edit photo and video to create brand-aligned assets

• Create printed and digital collateral 

Campaign Development

• Support the DSST marketing & communications team in developing a robust campaign centered around public, free and open to all messaging

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Privacy Counsel within the Amadeus Group Privacy Office (GPO), the Data Privacy Specialist will support the Distribution and Media business unit in the Amadeus Hospitality organization. Collaborating closely with mid and senior-level business and product teams, as well as other Legal business units, you will contribute to the implementation, update, and ongoing management of internal processes and controls aligning with the Amadeus data protection compliance framework.

In this role you will:

• Serve as the Entry-point for Privacy by Design, overseeing Products, Lakes, Platforms, and Feeds, and revising Initial Privacy Assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy considerations into the product development lifecycle.
• Act as a subject matter expert in privacy compliance projects from a privacy by design perspective, working closely with the Business Privacy Specialist (BPS) and Amadeus Group Privacy Office.
• Evaluate the impact of privacy laws, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions on product features.
• Advise and support ad hoc projects related to legacy and future technology, international data transfers, and marketing-related privacy issues.
• Assist in drafting, regularly revising, and updating Privacy Statements and Privacy Checklists (Transparency Reports).
• Support the management of the Record of Processing activities (inventory) for new products and services.
• Assist in the development and delivery of necessary training and awareness material.
• Support actions within the incident management protocol, including obtaining information for customer communication in case of incidents or data breaches.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent in Law.
• Experience supporting a data privacy function in a large-scale organization.
• Expertise in global data privacy regulations and standards related to the online advertising industry, including GDPR, information technology laws, and other international data protection frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of European data protection laws and regulations, especially interdependencies with other jurisdictions.
• Proactive approach to understanding emerging issues and complex data privacy laws related to new technologies in the online advertising sector.
• Good understanding of information technology elements connected to IT, online advertising, and media sectors, with a focus on data protection privacy compliance.
• Ability to identify complex issues and data flows and provide pragmatic, solution-driven advice that can be operationalized.

[What you will be working on]

You will be instrumental in planning, coordinating and executing events and activities, such as business conferences/seminars, exhibitions and networking events.  You will be required to manage multiple events at the same time and consistently deliver good quality support for all events. 
Job responsibilities include:
1.    Oversee and manage budget for events.
2.    Work with internal stakeholders to develop and conceptualise event plans.
3.    Oversee and manage all matters relating to protocol and ensure that VIPs are accorded with the appropriate level of protocol.
4.    Handle procurement for venue and event management logistics required.
5.    Oversee the development of event branding such as backdrops, banners, EDMs, signage etc. in line with Enterprise Singapore’s brand strategy.
6.    Engage audience using a variety of tools to maximise outreach and create the desired brand image
7.    Spearhead new and exciting formats in which events can be executed.
8.    Liaise between multiple stakeholders, including internal divisions and external parties such as government representatives, sponsors and other third-party vendors, ensuring that event requirements are met.

[What we are looking for]

You should have a recognised degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience organising events in the MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions) industry, with a passion for events and excellent communication and organisational skills.  The role requires you to manage stakeholders and high-level delegates confidently, possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work within tight deadlines. Candidates who are digitally proficient and experienced in using technology and new media opportunities to design events and engagement initiatives will be preferred. We are looking for an individual who is independent, resourceful and a good team player.

What You Will Do:

The Communications Operator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing calls received by the main switchboard/Private Branch Exchange

• Handles basic questions about the business, including hours of operation, directions, and contacts; coordinates emergency codes and disaster control procedures

• Monitors and updates patient status changes in EM

• Assists with the registrations of patients as needed

• Must be able to use overhead paging system to communicate information and locate hospital personnel
