Product Marketing Manager
Summary of the role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Amadeus’ buyers for a product vertical — understanding and analyzing buying trends and behaviors, then transferring this knowledge to the sales channel.
The role is responsible for the positioning and content strategy of all solutions within the product vertical as well as cohesive positioning for the vertical itself and relevant product bundles within the vertical by target audience, segment, and region.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and collaborating on the strategy and content for strategic inbound and outbound campaigns across multiple products to support commercial goals. Also, you will be accountable for content creation throughout the customer journey may include thought leadership eBooks, articles, webinars, email campaigns, videos, and sales enablement materials.
You will partner closely with Product and Sales, this role collaborates with the Campaign Strategy, External Communications and Digital Marketing teams to plan, create, and execute numerous campaign programs annually.
In this role you’ll:
- Leadership: Coach and mentor direct report(s) to deliver marketing and business goals for the product vertical.
- Product Marketing : Develop, maintain, and implement marketing content and strategies for multiple Amadeus solutions in a product vertical across various: Buyer Persona(s), Market Segments, Property Types, and regions
- Product Positioning: Create compelling value propositions for a product vertical, its individual solutions, and relevant bundles, ensuring messaging alignment that differentiates Amadeus products and services.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Lead content strategy for a product vertical, adapted by buyer persona. Research, define, and write prospect and customer-facing content such as eBooks, articles, blogs, collateral, and testimonials.
- Product Marketing Launches: Plan and execute the launch of new products and releases as well as launches into new segments or regions.
- Campaign Strategy: Ideate new and innovative ways to reach prospective audiences, driving increased engagement and conversion.
About the ideal candidate
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in product marketing
- Experience with marketing strategy, B2B marketing, Digital Marketing
- Proven experience building and executing marketing programs that leverage multiple channels to achieve business goals with measurable results.
- Understands needs of a broad set of customers and demonstrates knowledge of solutions, product family, key competitors.
- Uses this knowledge to develop competitive differentiation and value propositions for products and services.
- Significant writing expertise with demonstrated published content.
- Experience with the Agile Marketing Framework a plus
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within hospitality and/or technology industry

- Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and apply obtained knowledge to shape marketing strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent people and management skills necessary to interact effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within hospitality and/or technology industry
- An analytics approach used in a wide range of responsibilities from product adoption to sales processes.
- Negotiates resources and deliverables across the organization, initiates communications, and provides constructive feedback to the team.
- Pragmatic sense of business acumen, problem solving abilities, creativity, and sense of “getting things done.”
