The Digital Sales Executive is a sales role dedicated to securing business from existing and prospective Contract Hire customers in both private and corporate sectors (selling both regulated and unregulated finance) by making pro-active outbound calls with the aim of building effective customer relationships, increasing renewals, promoting and upselling Value Added Products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Use a blended approach of telephony-based sales strategies and techniques, and digital communication to achieve sales

• Manage general sales administration efficiently to ensure maximum time available in generating sales with customers

Experience:

• A sound knowledge of finance, Contract Hire, leasing products and services
• Experience of operating in an FCA regulated environment
• Previous experience in telephone account, sales or telesales roles
• Strong interpersonal skills

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and specialists in the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, deliver multi-channel targeted campaigns and contribute to the success of international events.

The purpose of the role is to resolve Dealer, Brand and VWFS UK Sales escalations that are preventing achievement of VWFS UK commercial targets and directly impacting upon Dealer and customer satisfaction as well as being a key driving force in managing SLAs - bringing actions and task owners together.

• Be a key link between Dealer, Reginal Development Consultants and VWFS UK Sales workflow together with our internal departments to provide timely and effective resolution to specific escalations
• Thoroughly investigate complex escalations and assess for any risk and opportunities and inform appropriate stakeholders
• Taking inbound calls supporting the retailer network
• Create clear plans for managing the changing priorities of key dealer and brand contacts in order to support timely and effective resolutions to incoming queries

• High level of Customer service experience and ability to demonstrate use of initiative in order to aid departmental productivity

• GCSE passes at Grade C or above, or equivalent, in Maths and English

As a Christmas Sales Assistant your role is to spread some holiday cheer and help us deliver the Perfect Service for our customers. Becoming part of our dedicated store team, you’re customer focused, can handle the festive rush and enjoy working as part of a team.

Pay Rate: £8.10 - £12.00

• Welcome customers with a smile and craft a VIP-worthy experience.
• Offer our exclusive loyalty card to customers to maximise their future offers and potential savings.
• Showcase your gift-wrapping ability and personalise presents with ribbons.
• Take payments and process transactions quickly.
