This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday to Friday 0600 - finish (minimum 40 hours per week).

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections in a timely and safe manner
Ensuring yard is clean and audit ready at all times
Deliver packaging to departments
Stock checking and stock taking
Organising waste collection
Assisting production when required
Loading containers with materials

Job Role

• Point of contact for customers and employees when calling the office

• General administrative duties to support the two teams across the business

• Liaising with customers, helping to deal with an invoice queries and credit control

• Assist with Supervisor Administration tasks

• Deal with incoming mail and email and correspond where appropriate

• Collating project data

• Assist with Operations and help maintain administration tasks

• Maintain documents and processes in line with company procedures
