Hounslow Young People is Supported Accommodation Service for young people and young parents aged 16-25 in Hounslow. The Service encompasses a mix of units across six sites supporting 63 vulnerable young people and 19 teen parents.

The aim of the service is to empower Young People to move towards independent living, supporting their successful transition from childhood; laying the foundations for healthy, ambitious, and safe adult lives with minimal ongoing support. Support is delivered in partnership with a number of stakeholders and partners in the community such as mental health services; substance misuses agencies, housing teams, police and social services.

We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Worker to join our dynamic service and team. In the role of Waking Night Support Worker; individuals will ensure continues support is provided to young people at the standards of day staff with particular focus on safety of vulnerable young people.

What you'll do:

Ensure the welfare of customers providing emotional and practical support to customers who are in distress, in crisis or require medical assistance such as emergency first aid or the intervention of medical professionals
Remain calm and professional when dealing with emergencies and incidents following the reporting procedures and completing the required paperwork
Ability to work empathically and compassionately with customers who present with complex needs such as mental health, substance misuse, safeguarding and physical health support needs
Ensure the safety and welfare of customers by implementing and monitoring the visitors' procedure, preventing unauthorised access to the service
Conduct health and safety checks and patrols around the building and exterior reporting repairs and any Health and Safety issues
To undertake patrols and security checks of the building and exterior, monitoring CCTV, addressing any antisocial behaviour and completing the relevant reports
Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation

The ward is a 20-bed mixed gender acute adult psychiatric ward at the Dennis Scott Unit, Edgware Community Hospital. • To lead the morning ward meeting (Flow meeting) with the ward manager.

Following additional funding into our CAMHS Liaison and Crisis Team, we are excited to be expanding our staff team.

The crisis service provides integrated, high quality assessment, support and interventions in and out of hours. We work closely with the Adolescent teams and borough based clinical teams across the three boroughs, as well as with tier 4 (inpatient services) which are provided by the South London Partnership. The crisis team is multidisciplinary, and is supported by a team manager, consultant nurse, operational manager and a full time Consultant Psychiatrist.

• To carry out effective bio psychosocial assessments of individuals in crisis referred to the team from community mental health teams, GPs and other sources.

• To provide a range of agreed brief crisis clinical interventions to service users and their relatives in any setting, aimed at increasing the individual’s psychological stability

Ensure that all surgery dates are arranged with choice and that all offer dates are reasonable (at least three weeks’ notice). Where it is not possible to contact a patient by telephone ensure that a robust partial booking process is followed.

Ensure that all patients are reminded of their surgery date by telephone at least 48 hours in advance in order to minimise DNAs.

When the date has been agreed with the patient in clinic ensure that all information OpenEyes/PAS is accurate, and that the patient has had a pre-assessment appointment made and a post-op appointment made (where appropriate).

If no date has been agreed with the patient, make sure that a date is arranged within 5 days of the decision to admit.

Ensure that every patient has a pre-assessment appointment. Be responsible for booking pre-assessment appointments.

About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for delivering and ensuring professional customer service whilst maintaining operational standards. There will be a large focus on diary management and resource planning within the role.

As the welcoming face of our club, your job will be to meet and greet all visitors. Importantly, you'll ensure the smooth running of reception by answering calls and dealing with membership enquiries, and to support the Fitness Suite with appointments, queries relating to assessments, inductions and studio class bookings.

You have outstanding communication and customer service skills gained within a leisure or hospitality role. You're approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience. You're an energetic team player with exceptional planning and organising skills.

As a Client Services Administrator at our Corporate site, UBS London, you will strive to ensure all members, guests and prospective members receive an exceptional level of customer service and their first impression is one of efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering and frequently exceeding the service standards of the client and Nuffield Health, so all members experience a sense of inclusion and belonging on each visit to the on-site facility.

• Responding to member queries in a caring, helpful and professional manner, always following the issue through to a satisfactory resolution for the member. This includes responding to member emails within a suitable and acceptable timeframe.

• Develop positive, professional relationships with members to underpin and contribute to member retention and ensure a positive experience of the facility.

• To demonstrate that you are a strong team player as well able to feel empowered to use your own initiative to resolve issues where required.

• To develop positive and professional relationships with other staff members, assisting where required, and the Client to increase retention and their experience of the facility.

• To ensure all members are aware of all the services and facilities available that may enhance their membership and use of the facility, with a thorough and accurate understanding of core services and additional product offerings that may be available.

• To undertake duty manager responsibilities which will include being responsible for opening and closing the Club; ensuring high standards of cleanliness , tidiness and safety at all times throughout the facility; being responsible for the health and safety and security of the facility, members, staff, equipment and cash held on the premises.

• To ensure you complete all Front of House activities so that standards and requirements are met at all times in relation to member services, information, bookings, membership and processes.

• To understand and strive to deliver the brand standards of the Client and Nuffield Health at all times.

• To ensure that Reception and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
