Role: Engagement Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Engagement Advisor to generate referrals by promoting our Pioneer provision to Jobcentre Plus, local councils, housing associations, training providers, referral partners, and local businesses. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships through meetings, visits, presentations, and attending events with local Jobcentre Plus offices. You'll play a key role in connecting with local communities, support agencies, and businesses to promote our valuable services. What you’ll do
• Work towards set targets for participant referrals as per contractual requirements working across multiple locations within the area
• Achieve daily key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to referrals and starts onto the provision
• Build strong links with local communities and external agencies promoting our services to maximise referrals within target areas
• Develop and implement effective marketing opportunities, present ideas, assist in the development of marketing leaflets and communicate solutions to secure referrals
• Manage local funder partnerships and attend specific meetings, events as invited and as proactively arranged to ensure the relationships is effective
• Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events.
What you’ll need
• Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
• Experience of sales management including the supervision of an individuals'/teams’ delivery and/or output (minimum 6 months experience)
• A personal track record of working towards and achieving targets (minimum 1 year experience)
• Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual
• Experience of working in the welfare to work or employability sectors is desirable
• Personal circumstances regarding willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
