Our Cloud Site Reliability Engineering) team is looking for an experienced and passionate Engineer to join out Consumer Servicing and Engagement Platform.

As an application level SRE, you'll be an active and leading member of a cloud-focused team of engineers - working on one of the Group's flagship projects to run and maintain a set of products and services on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that will enable the business to realise the next generation of services that form the Bank's future vision.

Accountabilities will include:

• Delivering against GCP and SRE Public Cloud technology roadmaps

• Collaboratively working with other engineering teams to release and evolve enterprise-class solutions, that are reliable and evergreen as cloud technologies continue to mature at a fast-pace.

• Being responsible for the operations of a large set of critical banking services (including 24x7 coverage by participating in on-call rota)

What you'd get involved with:

• Working with our service teams and Cloud Platform team to enhance & improve the resiliency and reliability of critical customer facing services.

• Troubleshooting, investigating & diagnosing service issues, with an engineering mentality - then work with the service teams to ensure changes are put in place so that the same issues are not encountered again.

• Building and implementing tooling to assist the service teams in ensuring their services are resilient and reliable and that service code is of a high quality.

• Working across multiple labs and signature projects in the Digital space.

• Helping to integrate and then implement Chaos Engineering into the bank. There is scope for you to lead in this area of engineering and help shape the future of how the bank stress tests their services.

• Be proficient in one or more of the following tooling - Dynatrace, Stackdriver/Cloud Operations Suite, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud logging, Cloud Consumption and RTL viewer.

Effective collaboration & Leadership

To liaise closely with patients prescribed Disease Modifying Treatments (DMT’s) – current and future - for MS to quantify accurately compliance to help facilitate accurate, safe and cost-effective prescribing.



To keep an accurate record of each cost saving instance with respect to DMT prescribing.



To liaise with Pharmacy and the Homecare Service Provider to help facilitate a smooth medication delivery service and help resolve queries and delivery issues that are raised

What you’ll do:
Assist in setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations
Reads recipes and/or product directions
Breakdown stations at the end of meal periods or service

What you bring:
A passion for providing nutritious and delicious meals
Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others
Basic food-handling skills
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
