This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience of mental health services to join the senior leadership team as Associate Director of Quality. The post holder provides senior leadership, oversight, and expert knowledge on the Quality agenda across the organisation, to ensure service user experience and quality is prioritised and characterize the work of the Trust.

This role is integral to ensuring the Trust’s compliance with legislation and national, local and Trust systems, frameworks, and standards. Provide strategic leadership for quality and clinical governance and ensure there are robust systems and processes in place including oversight of our regulatory and registration obligations, especially as these develop Ensure that the Trust is prepared for and embraces Care Quality Commissions (CQC) responsive and planned inspections with comprehensive management arrangements across operational and corporate services.

The post holder is pivotal in liaison with other key professionals across the Trust, and functional heads within the Chief Nurse and the Executive Medical Directors, will lead standard setting, quality planning and improvements to ensure efficient, effective and high-quality standards of patient care are developed and sustained.

The Associate Director of Quality will support the Deputy Chief Nurse with outward facing elements of the quality agenda including working with the Integrated Care System (ICS), CQC and NHSE, Local Authority, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) and other provider organisations.

All staff will be required to partake and complete mandatory training as directed by the training coordinator, as well as participating in the practice training programme. Collaborative Working All staff are to recognise the significance of collaborative working. Teamwork is essential in multidisciplinary environments. Service Delivery Staff at Reepham and Aylsham Medical Practice must adhere to the information contained with practice policies and regional directives, ensuring protocols are adhered to at all times. Primary Responsibilities The following are the core responsibilities of the reception manager. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. The administration manager is responsible for: Overseeing the reception services of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities b. Line managing all reception staff, supporting staff development, providing guidance and direction, ensuring staff are up to date with mandatory training c. We are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a client of ours in Maidstone on a 6 month temporary basis.

You will play a crucial part keeping vehicles operational as the service runs 24/7. You will maintain and service vehicles and equipment to the highest of standards.

Your role will include:

• Ensuring effectiveness of the operation of vehicles and equipment following manufacturer's recommendations for repair and maintenance.
• Complete documentation of details of repairs or work carried out. This can be electronically or written down.
• Manage stock levels of local parts to ensure smooth operation.
• Work with the fleet and equipment service to meet departmental needs and objectives

To be considered for the role require:

• Accredited IMI (or equivalent) Master Technician or demonstrate the capability to achieve and maintain that standard through formal assessment. (Level 3 LGV Technician)
• IRTEC Certificate (where relevant)
• Experience or willingness to learn relevant servicing requirements for specialist vehicles.
• Level 4 in Diagnosis, testing and repair of ICE/hybrid/electric vehicles and components or demonstrate capability to achieve and maintain that standard through formal assessment of future fleet.
• Experience in working with complex, multi demand fleet and technician environment.
• Ideally have experience with Volvo/Scania/Mercedes/Iveco

This role is Monday to Friday - 37hrs per week

The role pays £18.15ph - £20.47ph depending on experience.

DBS and satisfactory referencing required.

To assist in radiographic examinations undertaken within diagnostics at Cavendish Square (CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound and x-ray). 2.2. To communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their escorts prior to, during and after an examination. 2.3. To deal with colleagues, patients, carers and relatives in a helpful, reassuring and friendly manner. 2.4. To support radiographic, medical and nursing staff in the examination of patients by ensuring a safe, clean and hygienic working environment. 2.5. Ensure patients are appropriately prepared for radiographic examinations and procedures following defined protocols. 2.6. Assist patients in their personal preparation for diagnostic imaging tests and procedures, including helping with dressing. 2.7. Measure and record patients height and weight.

MAIN DUTIES Facilitate the ongoing support of frail and complex Haringey clients in their homes and the wider community. You will be actively supporting the avoidance of unplanned hospital admissions wherever possible through your clinical knowledge and support from the Multi-disciplinary Team. . Be aware of and utilise the resources a multi-disciplinary team offers in the provision of total patient care. To support manage the team on a day to day basis, providing other staff with your clinical knowledge for better decision making and skills development. Act as a link for the MACC Team with GPs, other community based nurses, LAS, Social Services and other relevant professional areas And organisations as necessary. Use the standardized initial assessment tool used by all MACC Team professionals to gain a holistic overview of health and social care need. Undertake a comprehensive baseline assessment for each identified patient in conjunction with the AEC consultant, patient, relatives, carers and patient care team. Use the assessment to agree and implement a patient held personalised plan of care to be agreed with the patient, relatives and carers and the patient care team. Ensure that there are effective communications with other agencies regarding care planning and maximize the input of other agencies to support patients at home. Promote self management and health gain through patient education and health promotion activity. Undertake prescribing as required and to ensure that medications are reviewed and highlight possible interactions and changes in line with Whittington Health Nurse Prescribing policy. Perform and document episodic examinations to support proactive monitoring of chronic diseases and identification of early symptoms of exacerbation and liaise with professionals from specialist teams as necessary. Work collaboratively with all of the MACC Multi-Disciplinary team to offer the Haringey client a truly holistic level of health and social care service. Submit timely information relating to service performance indicators and the Quality and Assurance Department. Regularly participate in clinical supervision and act as a clinical supervisor to junior staff. Where the post holder has particular expertise, act as advisor/resource person to other staff.
