About the Role:

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Site Management, the Multi Skilled Operative will work on the day-to-day operations driving mobile plant and carrying out duties to keep the site in good working order, you will work with the team to the site plan, you will ensure that stocks are maintained and replenished in good time, you will also act as cover for the weighbridge and process plant operation – training provided for the latter.

Your responsibilities as the Multi Skilled Operative will include (not exhaustive):

• Operating Mobile and fixed Plant on site
• Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveries
• Assist the Supervisor with meeting daily/weekly production targets
• Follow SHE policies and procedures
• Ensure Plant conforms with safety requirements at all times
• Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities
• Inspections on the plant and acting on defects and implement remedial action
• Ensure that plant availability is maximised
• Working to keep housekeeping around site to a high standard

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a Quarrying, Heavy Industrial or similar environment as an operative or labourer. As well as possess good communication skills and have a real desire in developing both operative and supervisory skills.

The role is a DAYS role working Monday to Friday with the ideal candidate providing flexibility for OT and occasional weekend working to meet with the plant’s production needs.

JOB SUMMARY This role is an amalgam of the CCC co-ordinator and Call handling role, therefore the duties will be a composite of these two roles. The two activities will be carried out simultaneously. You will be supporting a clinically lead team whose main role is to coordinate and facilitate the care of patients being admitted to hospital from their GP surgeries and also act as a single point of contact for GPs accessing emergency secondary care. You will be dealing directly with health care professionals and patients over the phone, via email and electronic fax. You will receive incoming calls promptly and efficiently from Patients, Health Care Professionals and services, processing onto Shropdocs operational and clinical application (internal computerized database) or other as appropriate, in accordance with laid down guidelines, fast tracking to the appropriate health care professional or service. To carry out general administration duties The role has no fixed pattern as you will be expected to provide absence cover, with a minimum of two weeks notice. It will involve a mix of in-hours and out of hours shifts (including some overnights) and a mix of weekdays, weekends including bank holidays. 3. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To receive incoming calls promptly and efficiently from Patients, Health Care professionals and services, process onto Shropdocs operational and clinical application (internal computerised database) or other as appropriate, in accordance with laid down guidelines, fast tracking to the appropriate health care professional or service. 2. Duties and Responsibilities HOME VISIT 4.01To ensure that the clinician is always transported to home visits safely and with all clinical kit available 4.02To maintain contact with despatch throughout home visits, informing them of any delays/detours and always ensuring they are contacted before returning to base 4.03Comprehensively complete vehicle checks as per the Driver and Vehicle Policy and the Vehicle and Kit Log before driving anywhere on shift 4.04Ensure that full clinical kits are available on all home visits and that it is regularly checked and re-stocked in accordance with procedure 4.05To always use the TomTom satnav in the vehicle, even on short, local journeys 4.06Support clinician in locating the front door of properties and assist with carrying of kit 4.07Report all arrival and departure times using the working times function of the TomTom 4.08Provide an escort into the patients home at the request of the clinician if you feel safe and comfortable doing so. Never witness a consultation, remain in the hall/by front door and be available as required 4.09Record all drugs/sundries dispensed out of the vehicles using relevant stock control recording method and restock as required 4.10Record details of home visits on Vehicle and Kit log 4.11Always maintain security of vehicle 4.12To always abide by the rules of the Highway Code and the Driver and Vehicle Policy 4.13To ensure Toughbooks are charged and switched on and that you are aware of how to resolve basic faults 5. Duties and Responsibilities ALL TIMES 5.01Ensure that the lone worker devices are switched on and accessible both whilst on base and in the car. 5.02Ensure that you know what to do in the event of systems going down and how to revert to fail over/contingency measures 5.03Be responsive in case of a clinical emergency and support your clinician appropriately 5.04Ensure all E-learning training is up to date and complete and attend any statutory and mandatory training as requested 5.05To maintain a constant interest in matters relating to Health and Safety and to escalate any concerns 5.06To actively participate in the training and mentoring of any new members of staff 5.07To attend base meetings or other scheduled operational training when requested 5.08To undertake any other duties of a similar nature consistent with the responsibilities of the post 5.09To have a good understanding of Shropdoc policy and procedures, in particular those pertaining to your role 5.10To maintain regular and consistent attendance at work, be punctual and ensure that you wear Shropdoc uniform while on shift 5.11Ensure good communication skills are used with patients, members of the public and health care professionals and that complaints, compliments or concerns are responded to appropriately

Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will play a key role in maintaining external supplier relationships and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

You will be responsible for:
• Supplier onboarding, completing appropriate checks.
• Processing invoices, credit card statements and expenses.
• Logging queries onto reporting spreadsheet, liaising with departments and escalating to FM where required.
• Manage accounts payable ledger, completing monthly statement reconciliations.
• Preparation of payment runs.
• Drive internal process adherence to ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Support the finance department with ad-hoc queries.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger role. You will need to have strong processing and troubleshooting skills.
