• データアナリストチームは、「会社における意思決定の質と量を最大化する」というミッションを掲げており、事業にまつわる意思決定に直結するアウトプットを通じて、メルペイの事業をドライブさせていく役割を担っています。
• メルペイでは、メルカリでのEコマース・物流などに加えて、決済領域・与信領域などで新たに生み出されるフィンテックサービスのデータを活用することができます。私たちのチームでは、それらのデータを用いて会社の課題/成長機会を絶えず探し続け、改善に向けた提案を行っています。
• 経営直下組織のため、経営メンバーに直接インプット・提案する機会も多く、全社的に重要な意思決定を担う仕事です。

業務内容

メルペイのデータアナリストチームはデータを武器に経営や事業の行方を左右する重要な意思決定のサポートをしています。 実行可能なインサイトを提供することで、プロダクトや事業における課題を解決するためのより良い意思決定をサポートする一方、データの民主化を推進し、会社全体の分析力を高めていく活動も行っています。社内にはデータを用いた意思決定を重視する風土があり、役割・役職関係なくファクトに基づく対等な議論が行われているため、日々切磋琢磨できる環境です。今回募集するのは、実務におけるデータ分析を体験することができる就業型インターンシップです。データアナリストチームの一員として、社内のさまざまな部署と協働しながら、以下の業務を担当いただきます。

The Position
