Your new role
To provide fully comprehensive administrative and project support for all installations. This will be a fast-paced role, where time-keeping, efficiency and effective productivity and self-motivation are a must.
The right candidate will be working alongside the Internal Project Manager and will adopt great working relationships with the engineers, clients and wider team.
* To assist with warranty and quotes for parts for installations in order to complete the projects.* To assist with Purchase Orders and Invoices as required.
* To assist with any Office Management responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly, from company vehicles, to events to office stock.
* To ensure that incoming mail is dealt with or appropriately redirected, indicating clearly any deadlines or instructions as necessary to facilitate speedy resolution and prioritisation.
* To ensure all client folders and information is up-to-date regularly to reflect the CRM system in regard to projects.
* To deal efficiently and professionally with all clients, whether in person, or by telephone or email, and act as an ambassador providing professional, supportive and helpful advice and information.

The Banner Health Summer Internship Program provides valuable insight and professional level work experience in the healthcare industry. Internships will be offered at non-clinical corporate or facility -based locations throughout the Banner system. Our program will be a hybrid experience, both virtual and in-person.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position typically will be up to one year in length and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee. The position is responsible for expanding experiences and knowledge of practices and procedures as they relate to assigned department and area of study. These activities may include participation in a wide variety of projects.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Expands and develops knowledge with exposure to a variety of roles related to area of study.

2. Participates on work teams, contributes to projects and initiatives, and performs various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.

3. Performs research and prepares reports on assigned topics and /or projects when required.

4. Works as a member of a team providing service to internal and external customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with course work related to the internship or general knowledge normally obtained through the completion of a college degree.

Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have general knowledge related to the department/unit/area of study.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with commonly used office software and personal computers may be necessary, depending on assignment.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

The CIBC Summer Internship Program is designed to offer great work experience to complement students’ classroom training and career goals. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Private, Personal & Digital (PP&D) Banking in day-to-day business operations
• Assist with internal and external exams through document preparation
• Provide support to ongoing projects within the group
• Provide support to sales teams through creating and maintaining client leads, data, and reporting in Salesforce
• Analysis and reporting on various metrics required for sales and risk operations

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus

• 3.0 GPA minimum

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns.
• Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.
• Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers and systems.
• Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
• Expands industry knowledge, through greater exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Achieving credit requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
