About The Trainee Financial Analyst Role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will assist with assessment, analysis and reporting of data captured by the company with primary focus on financial data and reporting. Duties will include:

• Assisting with the maintenance and improvement of existing performance reports and Microsoft Power BI dashboards
• Working with the management to identify areas for better performance management information and developing new reports and dashboards as required
• Assisting with updating and co-ordinating monthly financial reports in Excel
• Providing analytical and financial support as required by the Financial Director and Finance Manager
• Co-ordinating and assisting with the capture and storage of data to assist in performance reporting

• Ideally a university graduate with a relevant degree finance or business management based degree or possibly a part qualified CIMA Accountant looking for a move to a ccommercial role

Key Responsibilities

You will provide support to adults with diverse care needs, focusing on competencies such as enabling motivation and aspiration for full lives. You will emphasise a person-centred approach, working through co-production with people who use our services to meet their unique needs, including supporting vocational learning, employment, learning new skills for independence and supporting a person's health and wellbeing. Entry-level Officers will gain experience in a wide array of areas; undertaking surveys alongside the Wildlife Survey Officer, attending farm visits and discussing options with the Farm Liaison Officers, exploring green/private finance with the Nature Finance Officer, organising community events with the Community Engagement Officer or assisting the Communications Officers to promote the project and publicise our work.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to then focus on a key personal development area with the chance to progress into a 6-month Project Officer role with the project.

The position is full time, working 35 hours per week. Occasional work outside of regular office hours such as evenings and weekends will be occasionally required.
