When full SQEP status is achieved you will be taking responsibility for ensuring all contractors employed on our projects execute works in a safe and timely manner and adhere to all regulatory, management and contractual arrangements.

The construction coordinator role encompasses the NNL SQEP roles of SSOW Originator, Task Supervisor (Construction) and Subcontractor Supervisor.

• The production of construction strategies and construction phase plans.
• The estimating and scheduling of site works.
• The inspection and acceptance of the contractors completed works to the required engineering and construction design specifications and standards.

What does a Trainee Tutor opportunity involve?

Our Trainee Tutors are welcomed onto our Graduate Development Programme which is designed to prepare individuals with the skills and attributes to become Outdoor Education Tutors. During the programme each Trainee Tutor will work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship qualification.

Alongside your studies, you will build experience working with primary and secondary schools to deliver curriculum-linked activities that will increase students’ understanding of nature and the environment. Following successful completion of this programme, more than 80% of our apprentice tutors go on to be employed as permanent tutors with the Field Studies Council!

While we will ask your preference on where you would like to be based and take this into consideration, we will ultimately look to place you at a centre according to our business needs and your development objectives, so your placement location can’t be guaranteed.

To support your development, we may discuss with you, possible moves to another one of our locations at some point in the duration of your fixed term contract. This will allow you to learn alongside a different and experienced team while also gaining that essential experience in diverse outdoor environments.

The post holder will complete competencies in the workplace and will complete the learning organised by the training provider using all the allocated weekly study sessions and study in personal time. The post holder will ensure knowledge, attitudes and behaviour follow the General Pharmaceutical Councils Standards for Pharmacy Professionals during the two-year training programme in order that they can seek a declaration of competence from supervising pharmacists in all sectors. Main Functions of the Role To study for 1 day a week to achieve the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technician training programme in the two-year fixed term contract and complete BTEC Level 3 Diploma in the Principles & Practice for Pharmacy Technicians. To rotate to Community Pharmacy for 2 days a week - dispensing, issuing medicines and counselling patients on how to use their medicines, stock management, reconciliation of medicines, and Over the Counter sales for minor ailments, medicines review, and enhanced services e.g. stop smoking services under the supervision of Pharmacy Staff. To rotate to General Practice for 2 days a week responding to a prescription requests, reviewing hospital discharge/clinical letters and reconciling medication against current medications highlighting discrepancies under the supervision of the pharmacist. Completing audits under the supervision of a pharmacist and practice team. To gain knowledge of diseases, basic treatments and the actions and uses of drugs.
