Maternity Cover

40 hours per week

£13 per hour

We’re looking for a Junior Butler to provide Maternity cover on a Pro-rata basis at a well-known college in central Oxford. You will be required 39 hours per week including working weekends, evenings and split shifts on 5 days out of 7 working week.

The right candidate will be experience in delivering high standards of service whilst maintaining high standards of health & hygiene practice at all times. You will also be comfortable under pressure, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.

Some of the responsibilities include:

To assist in the preparation of the Senior Common Room services in the College
To serve meals, snacks and beverages to the standards required by the Butler and Catering Manager
To prepare and serve alcoholic and soft beverages in accordance with the 2003 Licensing Act
To comfortably deal with customers’ requests in a friendly and helpful manner
To stock and replenish food, drink and crockery as required
To pass on customer comments and feedback to your manager
To assist in hospitality services, including buffets, beverages.
