Professionals - Associate

Periodically we have openings for Associates and recommend that fresh graduates who are keen to have a career in the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency industry, to submit their application together with their CV for our review and consideration.

Requirements are similar to those of Interns except that candidates must be a graduate in their field of studies or in the case of professional studies at least passed half the number of papers.

Alloy Advertising Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MTD Group, is thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for the position of EXECUTIVE, MARKETING & SALES. The selected candidate will be stationed at our Head Office located in Plaza Vads, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail.

Responsibilities:

A. Market & Secure New Sales

• Approach new prospects by phone calls and emails.
• Schedule and conduct appointments & presentation to clients by preparing proposals /quotations.
• Co-ordinate with the marketing clerk in the preparation of sales kit.
• Negotiate on costing / quotation with Head of Department (if below minimum rental rates).
• Follow up with clients after presentations and site visits.
• Arrange site recce with clients. (if required).
• Prepare & proof-read new Agreements / Contracts.
• Liaise with development department during construction of new structures, production, installation, etc.

B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients

• Service clients on queries, complaints, breakdowns.
• Follow-up on renewal contract and propose new sites to existing clients.
• Liaise with development department regarding complaints / breakdowns.
• Prepare formal / informal letters to reply clients queries / complaints.
• Fulfill client queries / reasonable demands (e.g. trimming trees, market survey, extra photo proofs, etc).
• Provide photo proofs (day & nights) to clients upon in-charge.
• Site recce with clients (after in-charge) should the client request. 
• Follow-up on payments and Entertain clients, when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a related field. 
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Knowledge and exposure in the Outdoor Advertising Business is an advantage.

• 負責人向客戶提供照片證明（白天和晚上）。
• 應客戶要求，與客戶進行現場勘察（負責後）。
• 如有需要，跟進付款並招待客戶。

要求：

• 工商管理/行銷或相關領域學位。
• 至少 2 年相關領域的經驗。
• 精通粵語/國語說寫。
• 在戶外廣告業務方面的知識和接觸是一個優勢。

• Perform a wide variety of filing and records keeping, updating manuals on policy and directives, reporting and informational duties.
• Provide information and guidance to staff on procedures, forms, and documentation required to support budget estimates and requests.
• Serve as Administrative Coordinator for internal Civilian Personnel Actions.
• Use basic and advanced office automation program functions to perform management and/or program support assignments.
• Review all incoming and outgoing mail for the organization, sorting, distributing and ensuring completing and timeframe.

• You will serve as identification (ID) card clerk responsible for control over the receipt and and accountability for a variety of ID cards for active duty military, retired military, disabled veterans, military family members and DoD civilians.
• You will identify and analyze problems and issues concerning the work, determine interrelationships involved and determine appropriate methods and techniques to resolve matters.
• You will respond to a variety of telephonic and written inquires pertaining to eligibility for Uniformed Services, Common Access Cards(CACs) and ID cards.
• You will maintain and update training manuals and user guides.
• You will provide advice and first level customer assistance to CAC users.
