We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant from January 2025 to assist the Pre-Prep/Early Years Teachers in creating a stimulating learning environment within which our younger pupils can grow and develop. Working in small class sizes with access to outstanding facilities and resources, you will be joining a dynamic team of experienced Teachers and Teaching Assistants. The successful candidate will be able to encourage the children to explore, and question, the world around them and to learn from their stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a Level 3 Early Education and/or Childcare qualification and have experience of working within an Educational/Early Years setting. Caring and enthusiastic, they will be energetic and possess the ability to enthuse our younger pupils to imagine, explore and develop. Cherrygrove are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join the growing team in our Ofsted rated Good nursery. Within this role you will need to provide the highest standard of compliance, care and education for children, and effectively manage daily operations of the nursery, including positive partnerships with management, colleagues and parents.This role is working 42.5 hours per week, various shifts patterns between the opening and closing times of the nursery 7:30am-18:30pm. This nursery is open all year round and is not a term time only role. Salary ranging from £8.60 - £11.44 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

As Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times
• Understand the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS and staff:child ratios
• Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development

Pharmacy Retail Stock Assistant

Salary: £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.55 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay)

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.

In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.

Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.

Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
