• You will act as a single point of contact for inbound and outbound shipment management.

• The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Provides administrative and technical supervision to all personnel assigned to the office, including supervisors, trainers, office staff and graders in field assignments.
• Supervises the sampling, inspection and certification of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables for quality, condition and grade in accordance with official standards, market orders and regulations
• Assists in the establishment of performance standards of subordinates and evaluates their performance.
• Plans work of subordinates, including supervisors, by reviewing area operations in light of changing workloads, types of inspection, volume of work, priority of requests, and other factors.
• Provides a direct link between inspection personnel in his/her area and the OIC.
• Receives and resolves complaints of subordinates. Holds corrective counseling sessions and effects disciplinary measures of a minor nature.
• Resolves complaints from the industry on grade determinations made by subordinate graders.
• Collaborates with SCI Division Standardization Branch in the development and testing of grade standards and inspection aids for fresh and processed fruits and vegetables.
• Directs the charges made for work performed with necessary follow through to ensure accurate collections and maintenance of records.

Starting at $76,671 Per Year (GS 11)

• Assist patrons in organizing trips to tourist attraction and/or in purchasing of tickets to these same area venues to include theme parks, sporting events, dinner shows and concerts.
• May assist patrons in reserving hotel accommodations and provide up to date information either face to face or via the telephone.
• Verify patron eligibility for military discounts.
• Assist in contacting various commercial activities and other agencies to obtain up to date information concerning pricing special discounts, availability and other pertinent information.
• May assist in preparing stock replenishment orders, records and, maintain inventory as established by the ITT Manager.

• Ensure that brochures regarding attractions, special events, and accommodations as well as recreational publications are easily accessible to patrons.
• Required to follow established procedures for securing all equipment, tickets, cash at the end of the workday.

• The incumbent will offer, advise, and clarify all information relating to recreational activities, events, and venues that are supported by the installation ITT Office.

• You will prepare documents (e.g., detailed reports, forms, and citations) to record all law enforcement incidents.
• You will account for badges and their associated accesses for all government, contractor, and extended visitors through the maintenance of the badge tracking system.

• You will make necessary arrangements for the movement of material by all modes, using commercial carriers and chartered carriers.
• You will make decisions concerning many aspects of transporting freight to support operational requirements.

Leads and assists in direction of Recreation Assistant (lifeguard) positions; including monitoring pool activities and ensures swimmers are well supervised to ensure all applicable policies and procedures of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR)
regarding the use of Aquatic facilities and waterfront operations are followed.
Communicates these polices to other staff and patrons.
- Ensures lifeguards perform their duties in compliance with established regulations and instructions that are outlined in applicable manuals and policies and reports infractions to the supervisor.
- Ensures that lifeguards rotate as scheduled and during assigned breaks. Provides relief to lifeguards as required.
- Monitors equipment, takes head counts and observes conditions of area assigned (e.g., possible hazards, water/chemical conditions, wind and weather) to ensure a safe environment reports discrepancy to immediate supervisor.
- Performs cleaning duties and leads other lifeguard staff in performing of such tasks (i.e. basic janitorial services, vacuuming and skimming) along with routine facility maintenance as assigned by Aquatics Program Manager.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the activity, security, medical departments, and Aquatics Program Manager during emergency situations. Prepares accident/incident reports during emergency situations and immediately notifies Management of all
emergencies.
- Incumbent must inform the Aquatics Coordinator and recommend closing swimming area until safe conditions prevail.
- Monitors, establishes and executes daily physical fitness training for water safety staff.
- Interviews and recommends selection of all lifeguard positions to the supervisor.
- Provides introductory orientations to all aquatic's staff.
- May open and close the facility and will serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Aquatics Coordinator.
- Ensures maintenance work for year round facility upkeep to include, but not limited to water quality assessments, facility equipment inspections including stands, boards, ropes, and safety gear.
- Conducts and documents pool chemical testing results. Checks chlorine and pH levels on a scheduled basis; notifies Certified Pool Operator or supervisor in order to adjust any chemical imbalances.
- Alerts the Aquatics Coordinator of problems with pool equipment and safety issues; when unsafe environmental or health conditions exist.
- Leads and conducts classes, workshops and special events based on established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Administers aquatic assessment testing and certification in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON) and CNIC policy.
- Checks identification cards for authorized patrons and collects usage fees, if applicable.
- Initiates rescue and recovery efforts, contacting medical personnel and performing first aid services.
- Manages customer service inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Assists in compilation of time sheets, schedules for the supervisor and enters approved leave in the system in the absence of the supervisor.
- Provides input to assist in the evaluations of employee performance.
- Leads and manages staffing, supplies, equipment, maintenance and upkeep of facilities.

Responsible as a swimming pool lifeguard to perform rescue work, promptly renders CPR or emergency first aid, and calls for medical assistance as necessary. Supervises swimmers for safety and crowd control. Enforces safety and pool regulations. Promptly reports safety hazards to supervisor. Completes incident reports and assists in maintaining routine documents and reports.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the buildings and grounds at the pool areas. Responsible for vacuuming, skimming, and routine pool maintenance. May operate water pumps and control chemical additives to ensure pool water meets specified standards. May apply disinfectant to showers, floors, and decks. May check I.D. cards for authorized patrons and collect usage fees, if applicable.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Starting at $10.14 Per Hour (NF 1-2)

• You will issue vehicle decals, civilian employee identification badges, visitor passes, contractor/vendor passes, and tradesman passes, maintain vehicle registration, and provide typing and clerical support.
