The Senedd’s Venues and Events team ensures that Senedd estate customers have the best possible experience of our venues and venue support.

As the Venue Bookings Assistant, you will be responsible for corresponding with organisers during the application process for activities on the estate - which will include events and meetings.

The successful candidate will identify pupils at KS3 and 4 who require reading intervention, deliver a variety of strategies and record and monitor progress and impact. Pupils will be supported to develop their reading ability so that they can access the rest of their curriculum and be a functional member of society when they leave our academy.

Applicants should have good knowledge and experience of working with Read Write Inc Fresh Start or of another Phonics programme. An affinity for pupils with behaviour, emotional and social difficulties is an essential quality for this challenging but rewarding opportunity.
