About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a temporary Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to contribute the development of the Scottish Social Services Council’s (SSSC) internal workforce and overall organisational development. The role will carry a diverse portfolio of work directly aligned to our People Strategy and day to day OD operations.

What you need to succeed

Our office is in Dundee and we have an agile working policy. We encourage remote working and support a less office-based format. We are happy to discuss individual arrangements and consider agile working, depending on job requirements (such as being in the office for training events and meetings etc).
