What will I be doing?
As Group, Conference & Events Planning Executive you will be responsible for the successful event planning and overall execution of all Conference & Events that take place within the hotel. The GC&E Events Planner will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business.
- Assist clients in planning their events to an excellent standard
- Responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis with any queries and anticipating their needs. Providing guidance and expertise on services to enhance the guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand and materialise their needs
- Working with the GC&E Sales team and the Operational teams to ensure seamless communication from start to finish of the client’s event
- Continuously updating the system with all booking details and communication activities
- Enjoy working as part of a sociable team
- Work independently, take ownership and drive own bookings
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds and client meetings
- Handling the complete enquiry and planning process from start to finish including receiving and customising proposals
