As a Step 3 Senior Team Lead you will manage and lead a team of Step 3 Team Leaders and directly support the Step 3 Service Manager with leading the team, facilitating meetings, and coordinating service improvements such as champion roles. This new and exciting role will also focus on supporting and developing the Step 3 Trainee and Preceptorship elements within the service. Working as part of the senior management team for the Kent & Medway NHS Talking Therapies Service you will be responsible for leading on data informed operational and performance best practice whilst maintaining contractual reporting and submissions.
