As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring cost efficiency and effective budget control throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead in all financial matters related to construction projects, from tender stage to project completion.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Sound understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.

Professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines would be advantageous.
