TADS is a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists and therapy assistants that enable early discharge from hospital by providing access to therapy assessment and rehabilitation at home within 24 hours of discharge from hospital. The team is part of West Kent Home First and works in collaboration with community health, social care and voluntary agencies.

TADS operates from 8am to 6pm seven days a week. The post therefore involves joining a seven day roster with opportunity for flexible working hours and enhanced rates of pay. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential with a view to complete an NVQ 3, a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
