They are a Main Contractor based in Maidstone that have multiple projects coming up in the Kent area. They work in the Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Sectors, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They want someone to become part of their close-knit team and stay for the long run, to lead and become a pivotal member to the success of their projects.

The role:

In this role you will be working on 2-3 projects at one time, based all over Kent. You will be working from their office in Maidstone to work closely with their already existing Commercial team. You will be expected to carry out the standard roles and responsibilities of a Senior Quantity Surveyor, taking on their new and upcoming projects.

Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist Full Time Permanent Salary: £33,500 - £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience in line with agenda for change. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and empathetic Physiotherapist to join our Outpatient Physical Therapy team as a Senior Outpatient Physical Therapist. Our Physical Therapy Department at KIMS Hospital is a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Hand therapists, Women’s Health Specialist and a Consultant Sports Physician to provide exceptional patient care throughout the entire patient journey. As a Specialist Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will assess and treat MSK and Orthopaedic patients and determine independent clinical diagnosis and the physical therapy treatment indicated whilst maintaining records in accordance with professional standards. You will be a patient focused Physiotherapist with experience in MSK and Orthopaedics and a demonstrable ability to build relationships with both patients and consultants to provide healthcare at its very best. You will have evidence of your own continued professional development and the desire to mentor junior members of staff. This is a full-time contract working 37.5 hours a week to cover a service Monday-Friday, 8.00am-8.00pm and Saturday, 8.00am-2.00pm. The role covers the main site at KIMS, Maidstone and may require across our other sites, at Sevenoaks and Orpington.
