Plus £189 for sleep duties, this is based on 3 per month

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team at Summit Close in Shrewsbury.
We provide support for two ladies and ensure they live as independently as possible within the community. Our focus is on
enhancing their skills and facilitating their integration in community life. We aim to boost their confidence and encourage
participation in a variety of local activities. One individual enjoys staying active, while the other prefers a quieter lifestyle
with arts and crafts; both ladies have a shared interest in cooking and baking.
The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for delivering high quality support to these individuals and for supervising and
leading a small team of support workers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in social care, exceptional
leadership abilities, and a genuine passions for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
The Senior Support worker will not be required for on call duties.

About You:
Essential Requirements:
* Driver with UK manual licence and own vehicle.
* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour Support
* Experience of working with people with Learning disabilities and Autism
* Good communication skills
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
* Female only service
